One thing to check before you add a territory

Each site reaches about 25 times the area of one territory

The fact: Fireside territories are a 10-mile radius (franchise vs. independent). Every one of these sites lists RVs within 50 miles of its city.
What we did with it: Derived: a 50-mile circle covers (50 ÷ 10)² = 25 times the area of a 10-mile one. Compiled across the five snapshots (19 September 2026 and 22 September 2026): 2209 listings in all.
What it means for you: Bought with a territory, a site's renters and owners will mostly sit outside your radius. Ask Fireside on the discovery call how a franchise handles demand from outside its territory. That answer is not published on this site.
If you skip it: Plan around the site's full reach and you may be planning on customers your territory does not cover.
