Before you choose

Two things to check before you choose an option

This is the smallest of the five sites by page count, and that is by design

The fact
The live sitemap lists 36 URLs (2026-10-07). Listings sit on one live page instead of one page each.
What we did with it
Cross-referenced with the monthly snapshot in the site's repo: 479 Outdoorsy listings within 50 miles on 2026-09-19, none with a page of its own.
What it means for you
What you buy here is mostly the ferry and length-limit reference set. Per-listing pages, which the other four sites have, are not built yet, and the snapshot pipeline that would feed them is already in the repo.
If you skip it
Judge it by URL count against the other four and you undervalue the part that is hard to copy. Ask for the page-level figures on inquiry instead.

The owner page counts for more once you add a territory

The fact
Fireside's OPRV model runs on RVs that other people own (how the OPRV model works).
What we did with it
Cross-referenced with the site: it already publishes a List Your RV page with an owner form, and its own snapshot counted 479 privately listed RVs within 50 miles on 19 September 2026 (268 drivable, 211 towable).
What it means for you
With a territory, you start with an owner intake page already live and a counted pool of the owners the OPRV model recruits from. Ask Fireside on the call how owner inquiries from the site fit its owner agreements. That answer is not published here.
If you skip it
Each site sells once. Take the territory without the site, and its owner page belongs to whoever buys it.

Two ways to buy

Take the Seattle site alone, or with a Fireside territory

Option A

The website alone

You take over the domain, the code and every published page, and run it as the finder it is today. No franchise involved. The price is set on inquiry, and the owner shares traffic and income figures with serious buyers.

Ask about buying the site

For the website alone (seattlerv.rentals). This goes to the site's owner, not to Fireside.

Price is set on inquiry. No obligation.

Option B

The website plus a Fireside RV Rental territory

The site, plus a Fireside RV Rental franchise in Seattle if one is open. Territories are a 10-mile radius and sold first-come. Fireside confirms availability and terms on the discovery call. Franchise costs are discussed there, never on this page.

Ask about the Seattle site plus a territory

This goes to Fireside RV Rental's franchise team, marked as coming from a website-for-sale page.

No cost, no obligation. We'll never share your details.

Counts decay. Each is re-measured before it is quoted to a buyer.
